Daniel was my technician. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He did an excellent job. He repaired both my washing machine and dryer. I had only called to repair the washing machine. He had all the parts needed with him. He made me so happy. I use my machines daily. I could not wait another day to have appliances fixed. He brought me joy and much happiness.

Good communication and arrived when he said he would. Identified problem with our fridge quickly and repaired it quickly and got our fridge working again. Reasonable pricing as well. I would highly recommend KOMFIX to family and friends and would use them again.

The moment I submitted my request through Thumbtack, I had an immediate response from appliance repair. The technician communicated clearly with me through text, that he would be able to service my microwave the same day. I also received a text when he was on his way. When he arrived, he was very professional and courteous. The technician was able to resolve the issue, and was reasonably priced as well. I would recommend them, and will use them in the future for any other appliance repairs.

Komfix responded to my request within minutes and was able to tell what I needed from my request to fix my Microwave oven. We set up a time and they were at my home as scheduled. I received a text as to when to expect him to show up. He was on time went right to work and completed the repair. He had all the parts he needed with him so there was no need for a follow up visit. I highly recommend Komfix!
