- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Carpet Cleaning- $40.00 per room up to 200 sq. ft. Stairs- $3.00 per step, usually 15 step for $45.00 Tile & Grout Cleaning- $0.60 cents per square foot times whatever the square footage we clean. Pet odor removal starts at $25.00 per area. Pet urine removal starts at $25.00 per area. Stain removal starts at $15.00 per area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is first answering the phone. Find out what the customer is in need of carpet cleaning or tile & grout cleaning etc. Ask if there's any issues that need to be addressed and what their time frame is for cleaning. Get their information as needed and schedule job.
