We charge a clear, flat hourly rate for IT support. No hidden fees First-time customers get a 10% discount on their first service. We also offer bundle pricing if you need multiple devices set up or serviced at once.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to your issue or project needs — whether it’s a printer problem, Wi-Fi issue, computer setup, or business IT support. We schedule a convenient time for on-site or remote support. For urgent cases, we try to offer same-day service whenever possible.
