- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I give any of my costumers a price is what I think is fair and right for them and me.I can work something out whit most of my costumers about the price but, sometimes is just about their budget for their project because we have to understand this I can't get a Ferrari when I can only afford a Toyota Prius. And when we agree on the price I ask for a deposit of 10 % or $1,000 whatever is less depending on the project size when I'm done with forms I ask for half of the rest of the money and the rest when I pour and finish the concrete . The payments can be cash or check.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always liked to go look at your project to give you a better quote and if we can talk over the phone is better before I can go take a look at their project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No education on what I do but, 18 years of training and I'm still learning more everyday. Because like my dad told me, you never stop learning none of the projects are the same and none of the costumers are the same and really smart people still inventing new stuff.
