Garret at Global Building Solutions spoke to me at length about my project and gave me invaluable information. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. However, I ultimately did not go through with the project at all so I cannot evaluate their service in its entirety but I will certainly seek them out in future projects.

As an avid property investor who’s always doing fix and flips & commercial TI I know quality and GBS has it! They showed us an Amazing Experience! Job was done exactly how we wanted and completely exceeded our expectations. They not only stayed in budget but saved us money, we’re ahead of schedule and maintained such a high degree of professionalism throughout. Couldn’t ask for more. We will be using them for all our future projects without a doubt. They handled everything from planning, permits, architectural design, engineering, and build!! If you’re thinking about doing a remodel, renovation, even commercial tenant improvement (wish I’d known sooner..)THESE ARE YOUR GUYS.

GBS has been a pleasure to work with, the team is super responsive and knowledgable about the intricacies of permitting and building in a notoriously difficult city (San Francisco). They have been a thought partner when we've added more project scope, and I know when I call with a new idea they still keep things moving quickly with a great attitude. We're in the middle of a ~6 month project and they have made my life so much easier - highly recommend!
