We had a major multi-hangar roof maintenance/ 20-year coating performed by Global Building Solutions. Matt and Garrett visited our airport, determined a solution to our needs, and wrote a clear and comprehensive proposal. Once the proposal was accepted, the work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner (ahead of schedule), with excellent care and courtesy to the owners of the aircraft inside the hangars. The proposal allowed for some overage in cost to account for unseen repairs needed, but they didn't use that overage at all. We are very satisfied with the service and value provided by Global Building Solutions, and we will not hesitate to use them again for future construction. Thanks, guys!

Garret at Global Building Solutions spoke to me at length about my project and gave me invaluable information. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. However, I ultimately did not go through with the project at all so I cannot evaluate their service in its entirety but I will certainly seek them out in future projects.

I had an incredible experience working with Matt and Garret on my home San Francisco. These are professionals who a homeowner can trust. From start to finish, their team delivered exceptional quality and handled every part of the project with professionalism and care.
They managed the full scope — including a complete knob and tube replacement, a new roof with an operable skylight, a new bathroom vent, and a flawless paint job. What really stood out was how seamless they made the process. They coordinated everything, communicated clearly, and took the stress out of what could’ve been an overwhelming renovation.
Their knowledge of San Francisco’s unique building requirements and insurance challenges was unmatched. I always felt like I was in good hands, and the end result speaks for itself.

As an avid property investor who’s always doing fix and flips & commercial TI I know quality and GBS has it! They showed us an Amazing Experience! Job was done exactly how we wanted and completely exceeded our expectations. They not only stayed in budget but saved us money, we’re ahead of schedule and maintained such a high degree of professionalism throughout. Couldn’t ask for more. We will be using them for all our future projects without a doubt. They handled everything from planning, permits, architectural design, engineering, and build!! GBS has been a pleasure to work with, the team is super responsive and knowledgable about the intricacies of permitting and building in a notoriously difficult city (San Francisco). They have been a thought partner when we've added more project scope, and I know when I call with a new idea they still keep things moving quickly with a great attitude. We're in the middle of a ~6 month project and they have made my life so much easier - highly recommend!
