- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very competitve pricing for what Maverick offers. If we are called out for a diagnostic, our $120 diagnostic is always waived if we are completing any repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What to Expect: All Maverick technicians will complete an initial evaluation of what we are called out to the home for and also complete a safty evaluation of the Electrical or HVAC system to ensure proper safety, efficiency, and comfort for the Homeowner and home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a fully Licesned, Bonded and Insured Company. All of our staff are highly trained and we have ongoing training twice a week at our main office on technical, customer service, NEC code, ect...
