Introduction: Serving greater Sacramento area, I focus on Wedding, Portrait and Event photography. In other words, I focus on people and their emotions.
For weddings, I combine a photojournalistic style with traditional bridal and family portraiture. In all my photography, my ultimate goal is to capture the real emotion of the moment and allow my photos to stir those emotions forever.
My clients appreciate the superb photography, along with an easy and fun working relationship, combined with a dedication to complete dependability and a commitment to full customer satisfaction.
Most of all, I enjoy the people I get to know through my photography. I love to hear their stories, how couples meet, how families relate, and just who they are as people.
I do my best work when I have an easy and relaxed relationship with my clients. I can capture the best and most natural images when the client is comfortable and feeling good about themselves.

Douglas was great! He was really good at keeping in contact before my wedding day to make sure everything would be as simple for me as possible. He listened to all my requests and my photos turned out wonderfully. He was really easy to get along with and made everyone feel comfortable during the picture taking. He was prompt with sending the photos to me and even sent one the night of the wedding that was too good to wait. That made me really happy. He did a great job and the price was right, especially for the amount of time and work he put into everything. Thanks Doug!

I am more than happy with what I got. An attentive, patient, and knowledgeable photographer that knew a good shot when he saw it. Doug is an awesome Photographer, I hired Doug for our wedding Photography and he worked with us on our Engagement Photos so far; and they turned out great! Everyone just loves them! He was very fun and easy to work with. This was new to my Fiance and I and we aren't very Photo friendly, but Doug got right in there and helped us, told us a joke, got us to laugh and totally made it look natural and our pictures came out great! We cant wait until he does the Photography for our Wedding day, we know they will be awesome, and we know everyone will just adore him! Thanks again Doug... :-)
I will definitely hire Doug again for any Photography that i need in the future, and i would definitely recommend him to anybody who needs Photography! Cheers.
