Vasyl is a lifesaver! Our HVAC unit broke down when temps are 110 degrees. He came out at 8am the nest day to get us back up and running. He even sent another team-member to come back later to followup on the system. Extraordinary service. Thank you!

I am glad I hired them. Amazing service! I had issue with my AC not cooling in hot summer day and Vasyl was able to diagnose the issue right away and was able to do the repair on the same day as well within few hours window. Vasyl was excellent. My AC started blowing warm air one hot summer night (distressing my family) and I urgently sent out a project request on Thumbtack the next morning. Within one minute of posting, Vasyl was the first to call me. We agreed to meet and he showed up at my home within one hour. Discovered within 15 minutes or so that the capacitor on my outside unit needed a replacement. Had it replaced, but also opted to take advantage of a full inspection (for additional cost). Vasyl also took the time to fix a Nest thermostat issue (loose on the wall) for me by installing a Nest plate beneath it. Quick, professional, easy to talk to/work with, and answered all of my questions. Can't say enough, except for that we appreciate him being available during our time of need. We will be doing our routine maintenance inspections with him from now on and into the foreseeable future. Thank you Vasyl!
