Introduction: I provide unique and individualized personal fitness training to all levels and ages. Energy, enthusiasm, fun, and progression are all part of every program I develop.
I enjoy working with all ages and abilities and have had clients ages from 13 to 93. Every stage of life has it's own unique challenges and I am passionate about helping people reach their goals at every one of these stages.
With my services, it is not just about the work outs, it is the other 23 hours in the day. I strive to make an impact on those other 23 hours by providing nutrition and lifestyle behavior changes.
