- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very fair pricing and always negotiable. I understand it's not easy out here.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Being in the customer service industry for so long I know how important it is for them to feel at ease with new people entering their homes so I like to establish a good repor and to also display my knowledge to them by going over each step of the process and above all keeping the lines of communication open at all times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started in the trade of drywall back in the late 80s and have been actively working in many different areas of the construction industry. Experience of hands on training.
