Mihail at Radmix Build Company did an outstanding job on our bathroom remodel. The scope of work included full demolition of the existing bathrooms, installation of new shower and tub wall systems, sliding glass doors, vanities, and toilets—and everything was executed with precision.
Mihail is the sole operator of Radmix, but he brought in a team of subcontractors who were all professional, efficient, and easy to work with. He clearly manages his team well, and the coordination showed throughout the project. In addition to the bathrooms, Mihail personally handled the kitchen cabinet installation and backsplash work, which also turned out excellent.
What really stood out was the quality of workmanship. The finishes were clean, aligned, and well thought out, with attention to detail that you don’t often see. Everything came together exactly as planned, with no shortcuts.
Equally impressive was the speed and responsiveness. At one point, I ran into a building inspection issue, and Mihail showed up the same day—after already putting in a long day on another project—to help resolve it. That level of reliability is rare.
Because of Mihail’s efficiency and execution, I was able to complete a full flip—from acquisition to listing—in just three weeks, which speaks volumes about his ability to deliver under tight timelines.
Pricing was also fair and transparent, especially considering the level of work delivered.
Mihail is the exception to the contractor trifecta that often feels impossible to find—high quality, fast execution, and fair pricing—all in one. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again and highly recommend Radmix to anyone looking for reliable, top-tier renovation work.
