- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact & Inquiry – Customers can reach out to discuss their needs. Scheduling – Once the customer approves the estimate, we schedule a convenient time for the service. Service Execution – We arrive on time, fully prepared, and complete the job efficiently while maintaining quality. Customer Satisfaction Check – After finishing, we walk through the completed work with the customer to ensure satisfaction. Payment & Follow-Up – Payment is collected upon job completion (or as agreed), and we follow up to ensure the customer is happy with the service.
