Nick and his crew replaced some caster wheels. They were responsive and timely and had good communication. They did a great job. We will work with them again!

I was disappointed that Nick the Handyman did not show up as the furniture in need of repair is at another dwelling which is considerable distance for me travel to, a true inconvenience. Additionally, I am upset because there is a time crunch with this repair. Lastly, the other repairman charges $150 which will count towards repair costs, but, if for some reason, the if the repair would cost more than chair’s worth, then $150 out the window.

Nick bailed on our appointment with no notice. We made the appointment 5 days in advance. He didn’t even tell me he wasn’t going make it - I only found out after waiting for a bit and then calling to get an ETA. Terribly unprofessional.
