- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate for most tasks is $50/hour. I do have a 2 hour minimum ($100).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You give us the details and we work out a time that works best for you! For larger jobs that require a quote - I'd stop by at your earliest convenience and check out what needs to be done. For most small jobs (less than a day), we just show up and do the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an engineering degree. I've been in the event industry building big structures and solving every imaginable problem for 10 years. These structures can be permanent and create many of the same problems as a typical home/apartment/apartment.
