Though Vitalli is hampered by lack of English(came from Ukraine 6 months ago) .He is knowledgeable, creative, uses his iPhone to find the words, and is most willing and able to do the work requested. He worked in Ukraine with family to do many types of repair work. I definitely will call on him again for other jobs..He is a pleasant, hard worker, and amazingly able to communicate with his cell phone!
