He was very responsive in answering my requests and questions: he was very punctual (actually, 5 minutes early), was very patient in setting up the cameras to display what we wanted, got to work immediately, evaluated areas of coverage, installed and adjusted 3 Ring Outdoor Battery operated cameras, reset coverage on one, when we reevaluated what we needed, and was finished 35 minutes later. Throughout, he was very professional and we never felt hurried

The installation process was seamless, he set both the cameras and the app to view the cameras. He was very professional and responsive to messages. He did leave a bit of a mess around the house and I would have preferred the exterior wires to be covered but overall the experience and pricing was well and I would hire him again in the future.
