The cleaner did an extremely poor job. The landlord was operating remotely so could not verify right away but the property manager and new tenants later verified that only very basic dusting was done, things like blinds, doors were not even attempted to be cleaned. The owner Ruslan was contacted multiple times for a re-clean, but did not respond and eventually had to hire another cleaner on an urgent basis.
