- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked with a master carpet cleaner for 5 years and learned a lot and enjoyed this work. But at the time I was pursuing other opportunities. Now I look back and said I should have jumped in well hind sight is 50/50 so live and learn so when an opportunity presented itself again I jumped on board.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always make sure you know what's included and what's not in the price before you buy. You get what you pay for a low price doesn't mean quality work. So do your homework first!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That not all carpet cleaners/cleaners are the same. There are some out there looking to up sell you every chance they get. If we see something that may benefit you we will let you know but we will never pressure or suggest something that won't benefit you. We believe to treat others as you want to be treated and we don't like people that keep pushing different sales techniques, it drives us crazy.
