- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very confident my prices are lower than others due to the fact that I have dumpsters which allows me not to worry about going to the dump to unload. I offer discounts if whatever needs to be hauled away is in a pile or in front of the property ready to go.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typically I ask the customer to send me photos of what needs to be hauled away or transported and then we come to an agreement on a fair price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
worked for a well known home reposition company in the Sacramento area. worked my way up to driver and crew leader.
