JC and his crew are top notch! They are easy to communicate with and have a solid depth of knowledge with regard to all landscaping needs including irrigation, plants (all types, spacing, water needs, etc), soil, mulch, etc. We had a front yard installation and had to move a lot of older much to the backyard. These young men are hard workers and want to please, are very polite, and responsive. I had an issue trying to return plants which I bought that were not healthy after remaining at the garden center for several days. I was told the plants/trees could be held for 7 days until my landscape crew could pick them up. The items were not watered enough during that 7 day period and I arranged with the garden center manager to exchange them. When JC arrived to make the exchange, the garden staff were contentious and denied any wrong doing. JC was able to persuade the staff to follow through on what was promised to me, and got the new healthy plants. He handled this negative experience on his own and said he didn’t want to bother me. I can’t say enough about his ability to please the customer, work with a difficult vendor, and do so with integrity. Not once was he critical of the vendor as he has had good experiences with other locations. Class act! He responds quickly by text or email and pricing is competitive. JC is the best!!

My yard was a jungle!! We had been away for a few months and came home to see shrubs and weeds! Juan came over at the time he agreed to made an assessment understood the needs and delivered great work removed all the weeds cut back all the shrubs ! I am pleased
