We had a great experience with Placer County Notary Services. My 90 year old mom needed to notarize her POA. She needed a Farsi speaking notary so we approached PCNS. Samson worked on this matter with ultimate care and attention. He carefully read the documents and made sure my mom fully understands its content before signing anything.
