- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer package pricing, with minimum starting package of 8 hours. This allows us to create real, lasting results instead of quick fixes. All pricing includes hands-on organizing, planning, and support tailored to your space and needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts with phone consultation where you can send photos or schedule an in-person visit. (Please don't tidy up before - we need to see the space as-is to build a system that actually works for your real life!)
