Introduction: I am a real estate agent proudly serving Sacramento, Placer and El Dorado counties. Born and raised here in the Sacramento area, I have immense knowledge about the area and of course the ever changing real estate market in these areas. Besides having tremendous knowledge about the area, I take pride in my negotiation skills, and of course my communication skills. Real estate is easily the largest investment you will make in your lifetime and it is important to have someone who not only will negotiate on your behalf but will also be there when you need them. Surprisingly, there are many real estate agents out there who not only fail to answer their phones, but also fail to return missed phone calls and emails. An unanswered phone call can be a lost offer on the house you're trying to sell, losing out on the house you're trying to buy, and ultimately tremendous stress on your shoulders. I take pride in my communication skills and make sure every phone call and email is not left unanswered. I will be there for you every step of the way, from the first phone call to the close of the transaction.
I love every aspect of real estate, however my favorite part is seeing the smile on the faces of my clients at the end of every transaction.

Finding a reliable real estate agent to help you sell your home is not always an easy task. In my case, putting my house on the market meant receiving dozens of phone calls from agents looking for their next pay check. Well, with Arman, I had no worries because his ability to negotiate was second to none. My husband and I could not have been happier with his work; he made sure the listing was presented in the best possible light. And because of his efforts, we received multiple offers on our home. Ultimately, we sold our home at the price we believed it was worth. This would have not been possible without an agent like Arman by our side.
I must also say that he was always easy to reach – there was not one phone call that went unreturned or unanswered. Moreover, he was very helpful in that he kept me and my husband updated with important time-sensitive information as quickly as he received it. I had a great experience selling my house thanks to Arman. Arman helped me sell my house above asking price with multiple offers to choose from. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. Getting a hold of him was never an issue, and he was always on time to our meetings. Arman recently helped me find my first home in the Roseville area. I was more than satisfied with his services through out the whole process. As a first time home buyer, I was relatively green to the real estate process. It was a really great experience working with Arman. I had seen previous reviews about him and they did not lie.
