Donald Flores completed two separate plumbing jobs for me at my home.

The first involved replacing the P-trap under my kitchen sink and installing a new faucet and handles. The second involved replacing the valves in my main bathroom shower, which required cutting approximately a 12” x 12” opening in the sheetrock to access the plumbing, and installing new handles after a new shower surround had been installed.

Donald was cordial and pleasant to work with, and both plumbing jobs were completed satisfactorily. The only area for improvement would be more timely communication when running late or unable to arrive at the scheduled time. Overall, I was satisfied with the work he performed.

Don did a great job on the repairs and the installation. I needed a new kitchen faucet, kitchen sink water heater, toilet install, and a toilet repair. He knocked all of them out and also helped me figure out the main valve situation on my property.
