Donald was responsive through Thumbtack messaging and confirmed his arrival time to repair a water leak on our water main. He called when he was en route and asked a few questions to help him obtain parts and identify the tools he would need. Locating the leak required a LOT of work to remove concrete and Donald was relentless and didn’t give up until the leaking fitting was identified and repaired. He kept us informed as the worked progressed and finished up by inspecting the repair to ensure it was successful. We will contact Flores Plumbing for any future needs!
