Donald was responsive through Thumbtack messaging and confirmed his arrival time to repair a water leak on our water main. He called when he was en route and asked a few questions to help him obtain parts and identify the tools he would need. Locating the leak required a LOT of work to remove concrete and Donald was relentless and didn’t give up until the leaking fitting was identified and repaired. He kept us informed as the worked progressed and finished up by inspecting the repair to ensure it was successful. We will contact Flores Plumbing for any future needs!

Donald is very quick to respond and show up. He won’t try to take advantage of your plumbing needs by marking up prices 5 or 6 times like most of the companies you will find on a google search. He is very knowledgeable and his work is amazing. He also has a vast network for other projects if you need other projects completed. As you can see in the photos, The old vs the new we had patchy work behind the walls and he reinforced and completely cutout all the bad pipes! Absolutely wonderful to work with. He educates you along the way as well. Would highly recommend.

My kitchen sink water handle broke off and left me no water in my kitchen. Called Flores plumbing explained what was wrong and he came out within the hour. I bought a new faucet and he replaced the old one with the new one. I was only out of water for a few hours! I couldn’t believe I had the problem fixed so quickly! His work was top notch and would recommend his company for your plumbing problems!!
