My home has an attic and basement that had both rat and mice droppings. Additionally, I would see holes dug around the house to get under the house which ended up being skunks. Hero Pest was able to complete a seal for both attic and basement as well as replacing all of the insulation that was old and contaminated. They did have to come back multiple times to fix or repair things but all was under warranty. When an issue was reported, they were usually there within 24-48 hours. The workers were very nice, professional and cleaned up after themselves. My only issue was being able to communicate well with some of the workers due to language barriers.

I had an old beehive in the drywall above the garage area leaking honey - they came, removed the beehive + honey , patched the drywall & also provided a spray for other insects around garage. Great service & fast as well - highly recommend.

Amazing! I really appreciated Hero's communication, their flexibility, and their willingness to work with me from afar to get my situation resolved. My grandpa's van was overtaken by yellow jackets and since he uses his van for storage we really had to get in there! I live and work in the Bay, but my Grandpa is in Tracy. With him being elderly, I really wanted to make sure that this was handled delicately and promptly. Santiago worked with me over the phone to learn more about the situation, work with our timing, and provide a bundle that kept my Grandpa saved and fit into his budget. It was such a relief to have it taken care of from afar, and they even provided me with a receipt and the option to pay them electronically. What a relief! I would definitely use them again!

This team did a wonderful job - they were able to retrieve a dead squirrel from our chimney, a job that many others said no to! They also vacuumed tons of flies out of the area. The were very efficient and thorough.
