Excellent response time ! I needed someone that could quickly address my Senior mother’s concerns regarding potential rodents in her garage. Turns out there were none but he gave her excellent advice on what she could do to ensure she won’t have any. He was personal able while still being professional . Incredibly fast response. Jason came out on a weekend and got 2 skunks from my yard. One had its foot stuck under the fence. It had been caught in my neighbor's rat trap. He safely got it unstuck and into a humane trap to take it away. Hopefully no more skunks wander into my yard but if they do, I'll definitely be giving him a call.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, I work in a 2 week window (or sprint). Some jobs end sooner... some take a little longer. I keep an open channel of communication with customers throughout the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed Trapper for the State of California and plenty of on the job experiences to boot.
