I ordered a washer and dryer from Home Depot with installation. The Home Depot installers said “it was impossible” to move the new washer and dryer into the basement because the walk way was too narrow, and recommended I install a wash room in the main level ….insane. I called Abdul and the NEXT day he is at my house and 2 hours later the new washer and dryer was installed, in the basement and the old one removed. MVP and worth every dollar 🔥

Abdul responded immediately to my inquiry and came to my house (further than his norm) and diagnosed the problem with my dryer. He ordered the parts we needed while he was with us, verifying the prices and was very clear of the cost. Within 8 days the parts were available and he made a special trip after work hours to install so I’d have a working dryer. He was professional, punctual and answered all our questions. I highly recommend him!

I needed my LG dryer repaired asap and City Appliance Repair called me within minutes of my request on thumbtack. They had availability same day and when he arrived he was ready to fix the problem. He identified the issue very quickly and gave me options regarding repair. He didn’t pressure me and was patient allowing me to decide which option was best for me. I needed parts that he went to pick up returned swiftly and finished the job within 1 hour. When you have a broken vital appliance swift and kind is what I’m looking for in a repair company!!! Would definitely recommend!
