We charge a $99.00 service/diagnostic fee. 100% of diagnostic fee will be applied toward the repair if you hire us the do the repair. Pricing for the repair varies based on (time, labor, materials, brand of appliance, etc.). Typical repair cost range in the industry are as follow. No matter who you hire!
Fridges/Freezers $99-600+
Range/Cooktops $99-350+
Wall Ovens $119-700+
Dishwashers $99-400+
Microwaves $99-350+
Dryers $99-400+
Disposals $99-300+
Compactors $119-300+
I highly recommend all customers to let a professional diagnose appliance properly so you can make the best decision.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is very simple, when you contact us with a repair need, we diligently set up an appointment for a same day or next diagnostic visit. Once your appliance is diagnosed properly we offer you with the best solutions including and estimate for the repair. If you accept the estimate, we go ahead and get the job done with great quality. If you choose to pick another option rather than the repair/declined our estimate then you will only pay the service/diagnostic fee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by two vocational and technical schools (Chicago Technical School and Center for Employment Training). I have completed multiple on job training conducted by factory trainers and engineers. I have been a ride along mentor trainer since 2017.
