Noel has been fantastic to work with. although I came had my own ideas about my design he had even better ideas that really took this project to the next level. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, I set up a phone call meeting to learn more about the project and answer any questions the client may have. Then, I send my proposal, based on the gathered information, to the client. Once contract is signed and approved, I begin performing my services, per contract.
