FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide our services on a contingency fee basis. That means we only charge a fee when we win and our fee is a percentage of the recovery. Our fees vary according to the type of case and our fees are very competitive in the market. It has been our experience that client's who seek out lower fees are typically getting lower quality service and experience. Attorneys that fight for their client's do not charge low rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The Weinberger Law Firm provides individualized attention to each of our clients. We provide you with your own contact person who will be on your case and available to you at any time. You will also have direct contact with me. We want to make sure that you are fully informed of every aspect of your case and that you are completely taken care of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an extensive background in the medical field including working as an Emergency Medical Technician. I have worked for the insurance industry in Los Angeles and for the past 25 years I have only represented the people who have been injured by someone else's negligence. I have tried in excess of 20 cases to verdict. I also serve on the Board of Director's for the Capitol City Trial Attorneys.
