- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In general, all prices are negotiable. The client can usually negotiate discounts with larger staffing requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I will typically communicate with the medium they are most comfortable. I want to get a sense of how much or little communication a client expects. I also want to get a sense of the client's vision for their event. With that information, I fill in suggestions for staff and service requirements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and training mostly relates to the business and corporate world. My work experience and passion lies with events.
