Our pricing is structured to provide a seamless, stress-free experience by including everything you need for exceptional bar service—excluding alcohol. We offer all-inclusive packages that cover: • Professional bartenders • Bar tools and equipment • Setup and breakdown • Disposable drinkware, napkins, straws • Ice, coolers, garnishes, mixers, and more Rather than quoting a low hourly rate with lots of add-ons, we bundle the essentials so you don’t have to source and transport everything yourself—saving you time, money, and hassle. Our base package starts at $550, with a 4-hour minimum and bartender service at $50/hour. Additional upgrades and services are available to fit your vision and guest count. We’re transparent about our pricing and will always work with you to ensure your package aligns with your event needs.

1. Inquiry & Quote – You reach out with your event details, and we send over a custom quote or package recommendation. 2. Proposal & Booking – Once you’re ready, we send a proposal with your selected package and event breakdown. A signed agreement and retainer secure your date. 3. Planning – We gather all the final details—cocktail menu, timeline, venue logistics, and any add-ons. 4. Execution – We arrive early, fully equipped and ready to serve! You enjoy your event while we handle the bar from start to finish. 5. Follow-Up – We check in after the event to ensure everything met your expectations and thank you for choosing us.
