He was extremely helpful and professional from start to finish. He did a very thorough inspection for bedbugs, checking every possible area and explaining the process along the way. I really appreciated how knowledgeable he was he gave me all the information I needed to understand what to look out for and how to prevent future issues. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel much more at ease. Im very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend hiring him if you need an inspection or pest control.

We hired Jeremy to come out a few weeks ago when we discovered bedbugs in my daughter's room. We have a large house and didn't want to heat up everything because of all the preparation. He was able to offer a hybrid approach where he heated up my daughter's room where the bedbugs were present and then performed a spray on the rest of the home to ensure that if there was any straggler bugs out there they would die. He even offers a guarantee with this approach which made it the no-brainer. It saved us quite a bit of money (and stress) compared to other quotes we got and made the process easier. I could tell by talking with him he actually cared and that's really what made us want to hire him. I hope we never have bedbugs again but if I do I know that Jeremy will be my first call!

I cannot recommend BedBug Experts enough! I found a single bedbug after coming home from a business trip and had tried all of the things I found online to try and get rid of them myself. I ended up spending more on the DIY methods after 6 months than what it ended up costing with BedBug Experts. Its been 4 months since their treatment and I can officially say I am bedbug free! If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!!! Jeremy was professional. His equipment was super clean and organized. No logos on the van, so the service was discreet and even though there was an impressive infestation, the bugs are gone! I HIGHLY recommend this company! They were pleasant to work with and very organized! Thank you BedBug Experts!!!
