Introduction: I offer detailed moving out cleaning services. My name is Chad, I am a one man (English speaking) operation. I specialize in smaller homes and mainly apartments, generally in the Midtown/Downtown area. Pricing usually starts in the $70 range, for studio/1 bdr aprt. and will go up depending on square footage, # of bathrooms, and extra/excessive cleaning services. Services always include: * Kitchen: oven and stove, fridge, etc..(in, out all around) * Bathrooms * Ceiling fans and light fixtures * Baseboards and crown molding * Hardwood floors/carpets I have been single handedly cleaning apartments as side work for 3 years now, I'm honest, a hard worker, easy to talk to, and take pride in my jobs.
