Bill showed up on time, explained the process, and was able to do the job with flying colors!!
Spent so much time making sure to get each area of the floor and carpet clean and even ask me along the way if I needed anymore cleaning in specific areas.
I do believe he did an exceptional job.

Bill came out just a few hours after I called which was very impressive. I was not home but my wife was and Bill made sure to call me to go over pricing and the details. The carpets and rugs were cleaned with no issues and left the house smelling brand new. Highly recommend this company. When I arrived home they were finishing and Bill even showed me around the van as they were putting the tools back. Very structured process and it was all around a great experience. Thanks, Bill!!!!
