I had a small area of carpet by my front door that I needed repaired as my puppies had decided to chew on the carpet. I was only off from work today, and Patrick made it work and was coming later today. He messaged last night and had another appt reschedule; so he was able to come at 9am this morning. He was quick at getting the job done, professional, and you can’t even tell that my puppies had eaten some carpet!

Patrick is very professional and did a great job stretching and cleaning carpet in my parents home. My dad had a stroke and needed uneven carpets stretched and cleaned and he showed up for quote next day and started work the following and got it done promptly I would highly recommend his services.

I am fair on my quotes and I won’t gouge you like others will when I am there.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call immediately when I get the lead. Talk on the phone about the project. Give a rough estimate. Book the appointment. Meet at the door. Look at the project. Finish the project making sure it is done to their satisfaction. Getting paid.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of experience cleaning just look at my profile pics of jobs I have already done before and after. If you want the cleanest and have them dry as I walk out the door with a clean smell you call me. If you want wet musty smelling carpets that take days to dry then call someone else you have the choice.
