- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each of my customers are different depending on what type of service you require. so, as of now we do not have a standard pricing system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With all my new customers, we have a phone consult, we talk about you needs, wants, goals and budget. If we both agree it would be a great fit, then we meet in person. Where I show you a contract and make changes to your menu and needs as needed. Sign a contract and transaction and we set up a start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I keep up all the new discoveries with cooking and see if it would be a good fit for me and some of my clients. I also keep in touch with fellow peers and my past cooking instructor's as they are my mentor's.
