Walter saved me a lot of money by not having to replace my whole HVAC system, as I was told by the regular A/C maintenance company I’ve used for more than 10 yrs. He called right away after I posted the request on Thumbtack. He virtually diagnosed what needed to be done, just by asking me several questions on the phone. He showed up on time, took photos and videos in the attic when checking out furnace. He explained in general how everything works. He felt he can keep my system going by doing some proactive repairs and maintenance until I probably move out of this house when I retire in the next 5-7 years. There was no sense replacing the whole system for $30k when I’m not going to be living here 10 years from now. Walter was able to get my system working in fine shape for about a tenth of the replacement cost. I would strongly recommend his for anyone looking for repair or maintenance of their HVAC system.

My friend had been without heat in her Grass Valley home for two months! I called HVAC and got an imediate response from Walter. Our furnace stopped working on a holiday weekend and after striving to find someone who was working, it was Walter who responded. Not only did he respond to our request quickly, he showed up to our home within an hour. He subsequently found the cause of our problem and repaired it. He included us throughout the process. I am currently EPA universal certified & licensed as a commercial HVAC technician/and I'm also LIEBERT certified & trained to work on specialized AC units, systems & controls that are designed to supply & maintain specific cooling temps inside data & I.T. rooms
