Walter is the man!! On time, knowledgeable, found the issue quickly, gave us lessons & tips, such a great vibe & professional. Our son who’s entering HVAC school, Walter allowed him at his side entire time, giving him valuable advice. Next day our AC went out again, Walter was back at our home within the hour, fixed it and it was covered under his warranty from day before. Super responsive. Even called later to check in. Upon working with new customers, I'm highly transparent upon the work that's found & the work that's needed. I try & simplify things & terminology for a customer's understanding by emphasizing & utilizing fair communication skills. and also I take visual photos of all my findings & the performed work once completed

I am currently EPA universal certified & licensed as a commercial HVAC technician/and I'm also LIEBERT certified & trained to work on specialized AC units, systems & controls that are designed to supply & maintain specific cooling temps inside data & I.T. rooms
