After meeting with both companies, Harlan was the only company to follow through on providing me an estimate. I was lucky to meet with James, the owner, and he answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable and I felt I could trust him. He helped us get our roof financed and once that was secured, they were able to start work the next week (which was way sooner than originally anticipated). The tear off crew had the old roof removed within 2 hours. The next crew showed up immediately after and got started. It took about 3 1/2 days total to complete a new roof that included removing A LOT of dry rot, new fascia boards, and gutter system. I had a great experience with everyone from Harlan, including office staff. I am very pleased and highly recommend this company."See more
