- What types of customers have you worked with?In our business environments we most often solve software issues, including how software interacts with the network, printers and other hardware. For individual customers it's data recovery and virus / malware removal for our most common job.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?We recently installed several wireless access points in a very large old brick community center that required a lot dexterity and thinking on our feet to accomplish the full range of WI-Fi connectivity. The community center is now one of our managed care customers.
