Computer crashed, I don't know what happened. I called Aleksei, on the same day he carried out diagnostics.
The hard drive failed it has bad sectors. Helped me choose a new hard drive.
After receiving it from Amazon. He arrived, installed the hard drive. Installed Windows.

Suddenly links in the browser stopped opening, e-mail stopped working.
I called Alex for help. As it turned out after the diagnosis - there was a virus in the computer.
Alexey cleaned the operating system from viruses/malware. Installed a licensed antivirus, with a subscription for 1 year.
And automatic updating of the antivirus database - daily.

Contacted to recover photos from a hard drive. Unfortunately, the hard drive with the family archive of photos was broken.
And we thought the archive of family photos was lost. We contacted Alex. He recovered the data, copied it to a new well working hard drive.
Also he restored photos and videos from the flash card of the camera.
