- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We handle pricing on a case by case basis depending on the scope of the project. Hourly fees range between $50 - $100. Package pricing available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to spend a few minutes discussing the project and get a clear understanding of scope. Once we're confident we can serve the customer best, we'll discuss arrangements to perform the work either in person or remotely.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in Enterprise IT for over 30 years. I aim to bring Enterprise Quality IT to the home and small business.
