Piotr is very knowledgeable of legal matters and if he were to come across an issue where he was not 100% certain about, he goes the extra mile with research, as well as consulting with other members of the legal teams to make sure he provides his clients with the necessary tools and facts needed. He doesn't just tell you what you want to hear or give false information. He isn't motivated by your wallet but by actually helping his client. When I have come to him for legal help he has treated me like family with no judgement. He helped me feel less insecure and scared of my situation by relating to me on an equal level, also taking the time to educate me on my situation. I highly recommend Piotr and Razor Sharp Legal if you are in need of his services and want to be treated with respect and not just a payday.

While Piotr did get the document finished on time. He managed to get the address of the court wrong. Beyond that utter incompetence there are 3 other problems with the document. I would have given him 2 stars for his lackluster effort, however, he took the process to a whole new level of incompetence, laziness, and frustration. The document required my brother’s signature in San Jose. I asked Piotr if I got it and fed exes it to him would it be a problem using a runner. He said not at all and it would cost $50. After I sent him the document over a holiday weekend, and despite 2 pone calls and 2 texts, I still didn’t hear from him at 3:00 on Tuesday when the court was closing. When I texted him then he finally got back to me that the runner for the filing would be $85 and I would need to sigh a CC waiver form for the filing. I had specifically asked him over the weekend if there were any additional costs that I should be aware of. 1) the form he sent included a 10% charge and since the filing fee was $435 that changed a $50 quote to a $128 reality. (I could have easily FedExed the filing fee in a check for $28 given the time I had. 2) More egregious though was the cc waiver he sent to me had no amount on it, but it did have a caveat that said the signee would not dispute any amounts with the company??? What legal person would send that to his client?? I still filled it out, but he still had not had the document filed at the end of Wednesday night--siting logistical difficulties. Once again it took numerous attempts on my part to even get a response from this pathetic excuse for a professional. At that point I told him to just send the document to me in Palm Springs and I would deal with it myself. He never apologized, nor took any responsibility for his actions. Didn’t even include a note with the returned document. He’s an embarrassment as a legal document preparer. However, since he passes himself off as a recovering addict in his introduction, I’d call him a travesty. His choice to use his recovery as a selling point doesn’t just reflect poorly on himself but does a serious disservice to the countless addicts who are doing the right thing by recovering with integrity and accountability. Piotr seemed to go out of his way to perpetuate the erroneous stigma of once an addict a person cannot be trusted. Not only should he choose a different approach to “selling himself” (and not other short), but he should choose to stand by his efforts, not duck queries from his client, maybe be a little proactive, and actually follow through on his own word. He should also admit mistakes and take responsibility for his actions.
