Air conditioner had a blown capacitor, Eric did a system diagnostic and quickly found problem bought part and repaired ac quickly. He arrived on time and explained the issue and resolved my problem very efficiently. Excellent review is deserved for outstanding service.

Erik responded very fast. He was on the job the next day. I was not able to meet him in person but he kept me up to date with the repair over phone. He gave me an estimated cost of repairs and and made sure I am aware of the other parts needed for the heater to work. The 25 years old unit needed more help that I anticipated but still cost me less than purchasing a new one. And all thanks to Erik and his expertise. Still waiting for one more part..but so far there is heat in the house. I guess that's why I still don't have an invoice.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we set an appointment to give a proper quote. We give you a formal bid proposal to review.Then we provide a contract for the job proposal to move forward once everything is agreed on. Then we get started on the project to get it completed within the time frame agreed on the contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a five year apprenticeship program in the Local 104 sheet metal Union. I was State Certified in 2006 by the state of California as a journeyman in the heating and air conditioning and Sheet Metal industry. I am also EPA certified Universal
