On a scale of 1 to 10 I can honestly say Dip Electric tips the scale beyond 10 very professional, thorough, efficient, diligent, ethical, warm, and friendly respectful. Was on time for our appointment came in assessed my concern with no light coming on in my bedroom and patio. He went right to work detected the issue informed me what was needed and performed the repair in timely manner. His experience, his knowledge is evident he is the person for the job. Mike has great customer service and response. He scheduled a visit to provide an estimate and once we approved the estimate, he was able to accommodate our schedule to complete the work. We hired him to fix and label our Service Panel. He did a great job, was thorough to ensure the fuses depicted our home's outlets/switch/lights/appliances/solar...etc. The service panel looks brand new and its great that we now know what fuse impacts the areas in our home.
