Strong recommend! Plan to have him back to fix other issues. For this task, we had a problem with our electric gate opener. Light It Up responded very quickly to our initial message & we were able to arrange a time. He showed up when he said he would and had to do some on-the-fly problem solving due to the irregular installation made by the previous homeowner. He diagnosed what was needed and was willing to get on the phone with the manufacturer's tech support. The job got done that day at a very fair price.

Carlos was great. This was my first time using Thumbtack, and I was a little nervous about it. But Carlos was very communicative, professional, and friendly. He was able to hunt down the source of the outage efficiently and also seemed quite happy to ask my 100 questions and show me what the problem was.
