- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with my customers to come up with a competitive and fair price for both of us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I make sure I understand exactly what a customer wants or needs by listening to them and asking questions. Once I understand the need depending on the size of the job and its complexity we can talk about a cost or schedule a time to do a job walk which in most cases is best to do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from Western Electrical Contractors Association (WECA) which is a 5 year electrical apprenticeship program
