- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to solar servicing, we charge a $160 fee to diagnose their system. If hired to fix it, replace inverter, wiring , solar panel, etc. , the $160 would go towards the full price of fixing the system
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will reach out, find out what the homeowner needs, guide them through our process on the service the homeowner needs and answer any questions they have,
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tesla Certified, Solar Edge Certified, Enphase Certified, C10 Electrical Contractor License and General Journeyman Electrician License
