Great experience from start to finish. He installed two electrical outlets for my kitchen island and also helped with the kitchen island installation. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain what he was doing along the way.
He paid close attention to the details, made sure everything was installed properly and safely, and was very careful working around the kitchen and flooring. He was also patient, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure the project turned out right.
The work was clean and organized, and everything was completed as expected. I really appreciated his expertise and willingness to help with more than just the electrical work. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled electrician.

Steve was truly amazing to work with. He was so kind, professional, and thoughtful, and he went above and beyond to make our daughter’s wall special. The stripes turned out absolutely perfect, and we couldn’t be happier with how they look! What meant so much to us was how genuinely eager Steve was to do the job. Steven was incredibly responsive and quick to help. He arrived on time to fix the wheel on my clothing rack, but after taking a closer look, he noticed the real issue—the wheel mount was completely stripped. Instead of just replacing the one wheel, he went to Home Depot to find the correct replacement parts and recommended replacing all four wheels since they were all worn out and causing the rack to wobble. I had noticed the same issue, and I’m so glad he suggested it.
He purchased all four wheels, installed them, and now my clothing rack is sturdy and rolls perfectly again. I wasn’t even sure if fixing a retail clothing rack was something a handyman would do, but Steven had no problem taking care of it. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a general base price for every particular job. However, the exact estimate comes from the details of a job. Measurements, unexpected issue, home layout, materials costs, hidden damages, etc. My pricing is based on the standard for that particular job plus any added issues I find while doing a walk through with a customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try to get as much information from the customer as possible to get their understanding of the issues they have. Then, I like to set up a service call as soon as possible to introduce my myself and get a better idea of the situation. Lastly, I like to exchange as much detail and information as possible so we're on the same page to come up with a game plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started doing projects with my dad when I was 8. I helped my dad build my grandmothers house, where I learned a lot about all of the trades. I've had regular jobs here and there, but always stayed doing contracting work in between. I was an electrical apprentice before I got into Robot automation. With 4 days off everyweek, I was allowed to spend more time with my daughter, workout more and stay in the trades throughout my career. I finally left my career to pursue my own business in the trades.
