Steve was an absolute expert in lighting we needed. My husband was totally satisfied with how Steve approached the work provide cost of work and we engaged him immediately. We will use him for all our projects going forward when needed. Steve will not disappoint, friendly, great communication, professional and punctual.
Steve was very prompt and professional. He kept me apprized via text as to his arrival time, explained very thoroughly what he was doing in the way of trouble shooting the issue, and steps being taken to resolve the issue. I would recommend Steve without hesitation.

Steve was able to troubleshoot the issue over a phone call which was such a relief because we haven’t been using our microwave for days! We were able to fix the problem without waiting for someone to come check it out which would only be after Labor Day weekend.

Steve has done several projects for me, mostly electrical-related, at my condo. In all cases he gave a reasonable estimate, completed the work in a timely manner, and cleaned up. The work was quality and his demeanor friendly and professional. I recommend him!

Steve was easy to work with and proficient installing LED recessed lights in various rooms and areas in an old house without overhead lights. What a difference. He was great also very clean and neat - he even fixed my wet/dry vac!

Thanks, Dori! I enjoyed working with you. Also, thank you for allowing me to bring my daughter to show her what I do. She enjoyed the experience with dad. She also got paid for her help, so she enjoyed that, too😊

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a general base price for every particular job. However, the exact estimate comes from the details of a job. Measurements, unexpected issue, home layout, materials costs, hidden damages, etc. My pricing is based on the standard for that particular job plus any added issues I find while doing a walk through with a customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try to get as much information from the customer as possible to get their understanding of the issues they have. Then, I like to set up a service call as soon as possible to introduce my myself and get a better idea of the situation. Lastly, I like to exchange as much detail and information as possible so we're on the same page to come up with a game plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started doing projects with my dad when I was 8. I helped my dad build my grandmothers house, where I learned a lot about all of the trades. I've had regular jobs here and there, but always stayed doing contracting work in between. I was an electrical apprentice before I got into Robot automation. With 4 days off everyweek, I was allowed to spend more time with my daughter, workout more and stay in the trades throughout my career. I finally left my career to pursue my own business in the trades.
